Department Introduction

Yunlin Glove Puppetry Museum exhibits the development history of Yunlin County’s puppetry arts as well as a variety of static puppets. Designed based on the puppetry, the Museum aims to promote the development of traditional puppetry in Yunlin County to the public and preserve the arts in order to prevent the artifacts and culture from being lost. The establishment of the Puppetry Museum allows the visitors to experience the puppetry culture, understand the history of the puppetry and therefore identify this traditional arts.
