Department Introduction

The Keelung Cultural Center is the largest venue for exhibition in Keelung City. Although it is not a gallery of a professional level, its role in promoting the arts of Keelung is still significant. For perfecting the promotion of visual arts, the Keelung City Cultural Affairs Bureau has decided to connect the No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 Showrooms on the first and mezzanine floor of the Cultural Center into coherent showrooms. Moreover, the rebuilding of the Archiving Room as the Keelung Fine Arts Museum will strengthen the foundation of the research on our collections, and provide the visitors with better visual arts exhibitions and educational activities.
